The links below provide some sources for finding workers in the region. Labour shortages are impacting the industry in all regions. Although not as extreme in Saskatchewan it is still becoming a major issue. Much of the labour problem in this region has been caused by the migration of young workers to Alberta. But that trend has now shifted and an increasing number of people are returning to the area and looking for local job opportunities. The training centres can be a good source for advertising job opportunities, especially for entry positions.
